About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented, and visionary Associate, Human Resources, to join our Global Technologies division within the Die Bonding business line. This role offers a broad, hands-on experience across employee relations, benefits, recruiting, learning and development, HR operations, and employee engagement in a collaborative environment where ideas, initiative, and attention to detail are valued. You will play an important role in supporting our employees, strengthening our culture, and helping our organization grow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to recruiting, learning and development, talent management, or HR operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a genuine service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with others.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and genuine interest in helping people and organizations thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records across Oracle HCM and ADP, ensuring information is current, complete, and aligned across systems.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees, responding to questions about HR policies, benefits, procedures, and other workplace matters.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Process HR invoices and support expense report preparation to help ensure accurate and timely vendor payments.
  • Support the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs.
  • Guide employees through benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, and claims-related questions.
  • Partner with benefits providers and vendors to resolve employee questions and ensure a positive experience.
  • Help coordinate and administer employee training programs.
  • Track participation, attendance, evaluations, and follow-up activities.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve training experience and employee development.
  • Be an active member of the Employee Activities Committee, helping plan and deliver events and initiatives that bring employees together.
  • Contribute ideas that strengthen employee engagement, connection, and our overall workplace culture.
  • Support the full recruitment process, from creating engaging job postings and reviewing applications to coordinating interviews and candidate communications.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with pre-employment activities as needed.
  • Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to create a welcoming, organized candidate experience.
