The Human Resources Assistant plays a key supportive role within the HR department by providing administrative assistance, project coordination, and day-to-day operational support. This position works closely with the Director of Human Resources to ensure HR initiatives, processes, and projects are carried out efficiently and in alignment with company standards. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
