Requirements

  • Previous administrative or office support experience
  • Familiarity with recruiting, onboarding, and employee record management procedures
  • Experience handling confidential employee information and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Strong technical skills; Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office suite, scheduling systems, and other healthcare-related software.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, credentialing, or medical staffing processes

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records, including onboarding documents, licenses, certifications, and background checks
  • Assist with recruiting activities such pre-hire courses and document progress and communicating with candidates
  • Coordinate orientation and onboarding for new healthcare staff
  • Track credentialing and compliance deadlines to ensure staff meet healthcare regulations and facility requirements
  • Support payroll and timekeeping processes by verifying timesheets and attendance records
  • Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, policies, scheduling, and HR procedures
  • Prepare HR reports, update databases, and maintain confidential personnel files
  • Answer phones as needed.
