By providing patients and internal and external stakeholders with a consistent, efficient, and easy experience, you’ll help ensure that patients at The Oregon Clinic receive the highest value care tailored to their needs. Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this role include: Entry Level position with at least 6 months to experience working directly in HR. Responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. Processes new hires, assists in maintaining HR records, data entry; helps facilitate new employee orientations. Assists in maintaining HRMS, including data changes, accurate record keeping, verifying employment, and general reporting. Assists with department calendaring, scheduling team meetings, and producing meeting minutes. Other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Entry Level position with at least 6 months to experience working directly in HR
  • Exceptional analytical, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Effectively multi-tasks
  • Strong team collaborator, with ability to also work independently
  • Ability to handle large amount of sensitive and confidential employee information in a professional manner
  • Excellent customer service, attendance, and work ethic
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of one (1) year of human resources management experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR) or related field, or HR Certification is strongly preferred
  • Experience with HRIS system preferred; prior experience with UKG is a plus
