Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year of human resources management experience is required.
  • Exceptional analytical, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Effectively multi-tasks.
  • Strong team collaborator, with ability to also work independently.
  • Ability to handle large amount of sensitive and confidential employee information in a professional manner.
  • Excellent customer service, attendance, and work ethic.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR) or related field, or HR Certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS system preferred; prior experience with UKG is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Processing new hires, assisting in maintaining HR records, data entry; helping facilitate new employee orientations.
  • Assisting in maintaining HRMS, including data changes, accurate record keeping, verifying employment, and general reporting.
  • Assisting with department calendaring, scheduling team meetings, and producing meeting minutes.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
