This is a temporary, full-time, non-exempt position covering a leave of absence, with a tentative start date in late January or early February and a tentative end date of August 1, 2026. The role supports the Human Resources and Payroll/HRIS administrative tasks and completes special projects such as auditing employee files, records, and required documents. The position involves meeting with new hires, updating employee information in the HRIS, application tracking, and payroll systems, as well as other functions as needed. It also includes Human Resources support responsibilities such as employee file and data maintenance, workers' compensation record keeping, and back-up payroll processing support. This 12-month position supports hiring, onboarding, timekeeping, and payroll processing for the summer program. The role is part-time, working 20-28 hours per week on campus.
