Requirements

Proven experience in human resources management, including payroll administration.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and engagement.
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data security.
Collaborate with management to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
