About The Position

The HR Advisor advises and trains internal stakeholders on various advanced and high-level HR topics. They create collateral and strategy to assist internal stakeholders in transforming their clients’ businesses through HR. This role is also responsible for ensuring that all shared clients between internal and external services are aware of and aligned on the clients’ HR strategies and goals, ensuring they are on the best path to achieving their personal, professional, and financial goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the development and implementation HR strategy across various industries
  • Proven experience in consulting and training high-level personnel
  • Understanding of best practices for Cardone Ventures Human Resources
  • Ability to understand and translate organizational needs into structured HR documents.
  • Knowledge of federal HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
  • Ability to collaborate with various internal thought leaders
  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of feedback and results into high-level reports for various departments
  • 2-3 years in the Consulting Industry

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-CP or a degree in Human Resources is preferred
  • Spanish/Bi-Lingual preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute HR collateral requests for the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) through a ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials such as job descriptions, onboarding plans, and employee maturity models.
  • Serve as liaison between shared HR and SBU/PR clients
  • Assist leadership in various departments in optimizing external HR services by tracking feedback and results from shared clients
  • Stay current with industry trends, HR best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and relevance in all HR documents.
  • Act as HR escalation lead for complex client issues, collaborating with Legal, HR, and internal advisors to provide strategic guidance, risk mitigation, and resolution pathways.
  • Support pre-onboarding integration for new SBU clients, ensuring Advisors are equipped with tailored HR strategy recommendations based on client size, vertical, and goals.
