About The Position

Temporary position for 12 months. The incumbent assists, supports, and advises caisse managers in selecting, applying, and implementing human resources solutions, practices, programs, policies, and tools. More specifically, you will be required to: Advise managers to help them identify and implement solutions and practices to address HR management issues. Diagnose issues, challenges, and needs to determine target outcomes. Help develop and implement objectives, solutions, and action plans. Analyze data, assist with studies, help develop recommendations, and prepare reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
