As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing first-level HR advisory support across a multi-site business in New Zealand and Australia. You will be involved in ER/IR cases, ACC claims management, and HR policy interpretation queries, learning and development activities helping to ensure a consistent and compliant approach across the organisation.
