Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Minimum of two (2) years of HR experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a high pace hiring environment

Nice To Haves

  • two (2) year college degree preferred
  • Experience coordinating drug screenings and background checks preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding process for new hires
  • Communicate with candidates and new employees regarding pre-employment requirements, start dates, orientation, and onboarding instructions
  • Prepare, distribute, and process new hire paperwork and onboarding documents
  • Complete I-9 employments eligibility verification and ensure all required documentation is accurate and compliant
  • Enter and maintain employee information
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, document management, and data entry
  • Support day-to-day HR administrative functions as assigned
