We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support our North American Operations team. The HR administrator will be responsible for administering various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel. This individual will support the day-to-day administrative transactions relating to all phases of the employee life cycle activities and responsible for delivering a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. This role manages the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring all administrative, compliance, and orientation activities are completed efficiently while creating a positive first impression of the organization. This is an ideal position for an HR professional who wants to be part of a dynamic work environment, shows initiative and a willingness to learn and grow in the role, and who is looking to make a positive impact for our team in the US and Canada.
