About The Position

S&H Machine, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and is passionate about employee engagement, compliance, and organizational support. The HR Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting support, training coordination, and maintaining employee records.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with HR systems preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or equivalent preferred
  • 1–3 years of related HR or administrative experience preferred
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records related to hiring, promotions, transfers, leaves, and terminations
  • Coordinate onboarding and New Employee Orientation programs
  • Support employee training, evaluations, and compliance tracking
  • Administer employee benefit programs
  • Assist with recruiting activities, including job postings, phone screens, interviews, and background checks
  • Maintain HR documents such as organizational charts, handbooks, and job descriptions
  • Support employee relations and respond to employee concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and employment regulations
  • Partner with managers to support continuous improvement initiatives and workforce development
  • Maintain accurate HR and training records within company systems
