About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Los Angeles operations across multiple restaurant locations. The Role The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations across our LA portfolio. This position will focus on onboarding, compliance, employee records, and HR administration, while serving as a key support partner to both restaurant leadership and the corporate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-unit hospitality environment and is looking to grow within a dynamic organization.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or hospitality
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working across multiple locations and teams
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality, or related field preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a multi-unit restaurant or hospitality group
  • Familiarity with HRIS and/or payroll systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage onboarding for new hires.
  • Ensure completion of employment documentation (I-9, W-4, direct deposit forms, etc.).
  • Maintain organized employee personnel files and digital HR records.
  • Track hiring progress and maintain candidate talent pool.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions for employees during promotions, role changes, or transfers.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, records, and filing systems.
  • Ensure employee documentation meets federal, state, and local labor requirements.
  • Support HR leadership with audits, training programs, and HR compliance initiatives.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support managers with employee relations documentation and HR processes.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Serve as a point of contact for basic HR-related inquiries
  • Support restaurant managers and team members across locations
  • Assist with employee relations documentation as needed
  • Assist in coordinating staff communications and HR updates across locations.
  • Provide guidance on basic HR questions regarding benefits, policies, and programs.
