Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in business preferred.
  • Three – Five (3-5) years of experience in an administrative assistant or customer service role required.
  • Strong computer skills, to include Microsoft Word and Excel, are required.
  • Must be able to work onsite in the Berlin office 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide routine administrative support for the Human Resources team
  • Act as initial point of contact with all employees that may require a high level of confidentiality.
  • Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to streamline HR workflows and create efficiencies.
  • Coordinate with the Information Technology departments on requests for onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Schedule employee meetings in support of Human Resource functions to include, but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, new employee orientation and offboarding.
  • Coordinate and execute administrative tasks in support of various employee benefits and programs, including, but not limited to, reward and recognition programs, tuition reimbursement benefits, employee anniversary and retirement celebrations, employee health and wellbeing programs, employee appraisals, etc.
  • Greet all employees, guests, and visitors to Human Resources in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner and provide general assistance as needed. Act as a first point of contact for security personnel to aid in directing guests and visitors as appropriate to assist visitors in identifying services needed to resolve questions or issues
