The Human Resources Specialist will lead onsite HR initiatives supporting leadership and Outfitters in the store in the areas of staffing, training, engagement, orientation and onboarding, and administrative excellence. Additionally, this role will assist the General Manager with administrative functions as needed. This role acts as a brand ambassador representing the culture of the organization to drive retention and a positive working environment within each department. The specialist will also be responsible for compliance maintenance and record keeping, providing guidance and support for performance management, and resolving first-level outfitter issues.
