About The Position

The HR Specialist will be responsible for assisting in coordinating recruitment for a variety of clinical positions. Only applicants with prior experience in HR work will be considered.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• A minimum of 1 year recruiting/scheduling experience.
• A minimum of 1 year in HR field or equivalent work experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to reliably commute or planning to relocate to Ashburn, VA 20147 before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Filling positions within the agency.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Scheduling applicants for interviews.
• Assists with the interview process, conducting interviews with clinical managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
