About The Position

ATA Services, Inc. is looking for a Human Resources Specialist for Hawaii's State Hospital. This role is full-time and long-term.

Requirements

• Requires knowledge of applicable State laws, rules and regulations, policies and procedures pertaining to the enforcement of personnel matters in the areas of position classification, workers’ compensation, labor relations, and recruitment and placement.
• One (1) year of work experience which required knowledge and application of pertinent human resources rules, regulations, procedures, and program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and placement
• Provide consultation, advice, technical assistance, and necessary tasks related to Workers’ Compensation requirements and benefits.
• Performs tasks related to Position Classification.
• Supervise and instruct subordinate personnel.
• Labor relations
• Other duties as assigned.
