About The Position

As a Human Resource / Scheduler Coordinator at Always Best Care Senior Services - Midlothian, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating staff schedules to ensure the highest level of care for our clients. You will be responsible for staffing all in-home care cases, maintaining client schedules, and supporting caregiver compliance with attendance and time off requests. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to foster positive relationships with clients, family members, and caregivers, with a focus on retention and quality service.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Comfortable working with computers, especially Microsoft Office.
Possess excellent phone, written, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage, coordinate, and perform multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic understanding of the home health care system.
Self-starter who works well with others and demonstrates leadership.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Accountable for abiding by company policies, maintaining attendance and punctuality, and supporting company mission and values.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and perform administrative duties as needed.
Staff all in-home care cases and maintain daily client schedules and staffing needs.
Ensure caregiver attendance policy compliance and manage caregiver time off and schedule change requests.
Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers.
Assist in hiring, training, and orienting new caregivers.
Maintain accurate caregiver charts and understand staffing software.
Maintain good working relationships focused on retaining both clients and caregivers.
