Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of Human Resources related experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills required.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Processes new hire paperwork, background checks, coordinates drug screens and completes the I9/E-Verify.
  • Processes status changes, term paperwork, promotions, and all other changes and get all appropriate approvals before processing in the HRIS.
  • Maintains licensure and certification reports to maintain compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards.
  • Processes evaluations and keeps personnel records up to date.
  • Assists with hospital recognition programs and assists employees with general Human Resources questions.
