The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the human resource functions and ensuring quality operation of all human resources related processes and procedures. This role is accountable for the delivery of all HR plans and strategies for assigned business/properties to support the achievement of business plans and objectives. This role provides expert level HR guidance and support to assigned Hotelitarians and may participate in the development of business unit plans and programs as a strategic partner, particularly from the perspective of the impact on people.
