Human Resource Operations + Enablement Assistant
About The Position
The purpose of your role as a Human Resource Operations + Enablement Assistant is to support core HC operations such as onboarding, employee data updates, and supporting day-to-day operations. This role involves detail-oriented, process-driven work and contributes to improving how HC work gets done by simplifying processes, reducing manual work, and using technology more effectively. As systems, tools, and ways of working evolve, this role will have opportunities to shift from primarily executing tasks to helping streamline, automate, and support more efficient ways of working.
Requirements
- Associate's degree required in Business Administration, HR Management, or an HR related major.
- Execute with accuracy and ownership.
