A DAY IN THE LIFE OF HUMAN RESOURCE/OFFICE ASSISTANT As a Human Resource/Office Assistant, you will answer the phones, greets visitors and applicants, and handles the day-to-day activities of the front desk. This position also provides back-up support for the Staffing Manager by assisting with payroll, reports, accounts payable and new hire paperwork as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Have Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, E-mail programs and general office equipment.
  • Must have a least 1 year of administrative assistant or in a similar position.
  • Reliable transportation.
