The purpose of this role is to serve as a Human Resource Operations + Enablement Assistant, primarily supporting core Human Capital (HC) operations. This position is fully on-site in St. Paul, Minnesota. The role involves detail-oriented, process-driven work, including onboarding, employee data updates, and day-to-day operational support. Beyond routine tasks, the assistant will contribute to shaping and rethinking how HC work is done, actively participating in efforts to simplify processes, reduce manual work, and utilize technology more effectively. The role offers a clear path for growth, with opportunities to evolve from executing tasks to streamlining, automating, and supporting more efficient ways of working as systems and tools advance.
