The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources function, serving as the first point of contact for employees, and promoting a positive and engaging workplace culture. This role ensures the efficient delivery of HR operation services, supports employee lifecycle processes including but not limited to onboarding, engagement, training, offboarding, HR compliance, HR communications, reporting and analytics, compliance day to day workday activities and special projects. This position requires working onsite in Lake Zurich, IL 3 days per week.
