Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5+ years of strong human resources generalist experience
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with an ability to converse, read & write in English
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced business climate
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to use computers for business applications

Nice To Haves

  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Professional in Human Resources certification is preferred
