This role encompasses both Human Resource Manager and Human Resource Director responsibilities, overseeing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee development and relations, performance evaluations, benefit administration, HR systems, payroll, policy interpretation, and strategic initiatives. The position involves developing and managing HR budgets, crafting the company's vision and mission in collaboration with leadership, and developing and implementing a human resources strategic plan. The role requires leading change initiatives, maintaining vendor relationships, developing HR policies, and providing guidance to managers and employees on personnel issues. It also involves overseeing hiring, onboarding, and departures, managing work eligibility, designing and negotiating benefit programs, serving as plan administrator for health & welfare and retirement plans, and managing compliance activities. The position requires overseeing the design and implementation of an HRIS, equitable talent management, learning and development, and compensation programs. Ensuring legal compliance for all HR functions, responding to inquiries and investigations, and filing mandatory reporting requirements are key. The role also includes designing and implementing the organization's Culture program and serving as staff liaison to the Board of Directors Human Resources & Compensation Committee. The position assists executives in defining organizational goals and strategic plans.
