Controls Solutions Group has an immediate need for an HR Generalist who can proactively engage with business operations to deliver HR Initiatives that support business objectives and drive growth for the business and its people. The HR Generalist will provide counsel to business leaders and managers on a variety of HR related topics, with an emphasis on HR program and policy administration, employee relations, and supporting the Company’s staffing initiatives. The HR Generalist will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: performance management, coaching, compensation, onboarding, policy implementation, compliance, recruitment, administration of timekeeping and payroll processing. The Human Resource Generalist reports to the President with a dotted functional line to EMCOR Mechanical Services HR. This position is located in New York City.
