Plans, administers, coordinates, and monitors the Human Resource functions for assigned Corps; prepares and maintains personnel records for all Corps/ Command employees; enforces and advises staff and Officers on the human resources policies and procedures reviews and audits paperwork, enters background checks, and E-verifys in Sterling as needed; ensures compliance with personnel rules and regulations and maintains the confidential nature of the position; serves as a liaison between assigned Corps and Area Command regarding personnel functions and policy.
