About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day Human Resources operations for Nabors Alaska Drilling and serves as a primary HR contact for field and corporate employees. This role assists with employee lifecycle administration including recruiting coordination, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. The HR Generalist works closely with field leadership, operations management, recruiting, payroll, benefits, and corporate HR teams to ensure timely and accurate HR service delivery across the Alaska Division. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager and plays a key role in supporting remote field operations, employee travel logistics, regulatory compliance, and workforce administration.

Requirements

  • Supports day-to-day Human Resources operations for Nabors Alaska Drilling.
  • Serves as a primary HR contact for field and corporate employees.
  • Assists with employee lifecycle administration including recruiting coordination, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Works closely with field leadership, operations management, recruiting, payroll, benefits, and corporate HR teams to ensure timely and accurate HR service delivery across the Alaska Division.
  • Supports remote field operations, employee travel logistics, regulatory compliance, and workforce administration.

Nice To Haves

  • Periodic travel to Field operations including North Slope may be required to support field employees, conduct HR visits, and coordinate workforce initiatives. Travel is anticipated approximately quarterly or as business needs require.
