This position is responsible for planning, administering, coordinating, and monitoring Human Resource functions for assigned Corps. Key duties include preparing and maintaining personnel records for all Corps/Command employees, enforcing and advising staff and Officers on human resources policies and procedures, reviewing and auditing paperwork, and conducting background checks and E-verify processes using Sterling. The role ensures compliance with personnel rules and regulations, maintains the confidential nature of the position, and serves as a liaison between assigned Corps and Area Command regarding personnel functions and policy.
