As a new Part Time Human Resource Generalist at UNMB Home Loans Inc, you can expect a dynamic and supportive work environment where every day presents new challenges and opportunities. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with employee onboarding, managing personnel records, and addressing employee inquiries, all while promoting a culture of integrity. You would take the lead during open enrollment to ensure excellent benefits for our employees; and assist accounting with payroll. You will collaborate with team members on various HR projects, contribute to developing training materials, and help coordinate employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale. Engaging with employees and helping resolve any HR-related issues will be a key part of your role. Your expected schedule will be Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 hours daily between 9 AM and 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet flexible work-life balance.
