About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist is a hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support. Sitting in the Erie, PA office, this position will support recruiting, talent management, and general HR projects. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, contributing to the business’s business strategy, direction, and overall effectiveness, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. Successful candidates will demonstrate: The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches to find solutions to challenges. Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement Success in creating and driving effective and positive employee relations, retention, and reward programs The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong internal and external customer service focus Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • HR Generalist or equivalent related experience
  • Proven experience in developing collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Passion, energy and intellectual curiosity necessary for a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
  • Ability to employ forward thinking and expeditiously execute significant business projects and programs.
  • Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches to find solutions to challenges.
  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment.
  • Comfortable with high volume workload and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong internal and external customer service focus.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
