Responsible for supporting all aspects of HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance; serves as a key resource for employees and management, ensuring HR programs align with company policies and objectives. Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist capacity
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and benefits administration
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Responsibilities

  • Administer HR programs, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Assist with talent acquisition, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain HR records, ensure data accuracy, and generate reports as needed.
  • Support performance management processes, including reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as policy updates, training programs, and employee engagement efforts.
  • Provide guidance to managers on HR best practices and organizational policies.
