Midwest Dairy is seeking an HR Generalist (Benefits & Compensation) to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources function while helping create a positive and engaging employee experience across the organization. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leaders and supports multiple areas of HR including benefits administration, compensation support, onboarding, HR systems, employee support, compliance, recruitment coordination, and HR operations. While this position supports a broad range of HR responsibilities, the primary focus will be benefits administration and compensation support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both employee interaction and operational detail work, while also looking to grow into a broader HR partnership role over time. This position offers the opportunity to contribute across the People & Culture function, gain exposure to organizational initiatives, and grow professionally within a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
