The Human Resource Generalist and Business Partner is the central point of contact for their assigned client groups, ensuring alignment of HR practices and programs with business goals and initiatives. Working closely with the HR Centers of Excellence and subject matter experts, this position carries out value-added responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations and engagement, performance management, employee coaching, policy review and implementation, and employment law compliance. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does serve as a coach, mentor, and informal leader throughout the organization.
