Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of strategic Human Resources Business Partner experience required.
  • 5 or more years of HRBP experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Previous healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Experience using Workday (HRIS) or a similar Human Resources Information System (HRIS) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a strategic advisor to healthcare leaders, aligning human resources initiatives with organizational goals to support exceptional patient care and organizational success.
  • Partners closely with leaders to develop workforce strategies, enhance employee engagement, drive talent management initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Provides guidance and consultation on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, compensation, workforce planning, succession planning, change management, and retention strategies.
  • Fosters a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment while serving as a trusted partner to leadership.
  • Leverages HR data, insights, and industry best practices to improve operational effectiveness and support organizational growth.
