About The Position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner. Reporting to the HR Director, this individual will play a critical role in aligning workforce initiatives with business priorities to support organizational success. The HR Business Partner balances strategic partnership with operational execution, working closely with leaders to address workforce challenges, support employees, implement HR programs, and deliver practical solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, performance management, and leader coaching.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information, assess risks, and develop practical recommendations.
  • Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities while delivering high-quality work and meeting business needs.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience utilizing HR systems and reporting tools to support HR operations and decision-making.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR partner to leaders across the organization, providing guidance, coaching, and support on employee and workforce matters.
  • Ensure consistent and compliant employee relations practices while providing coaching and guidance to leaders on employee matters.
  • Partner with business leaders to address workforce needs, strengthen team effectiveness, and support business objectives.
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to inform recommendations and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and the business to assess current and future talent needs, supporting workforce planning and organizational growth.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, employee development, and policy interpretation.
  • Lead and resolve employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes.
  • Partner with Payroll and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and other HR team members to ensure effective delivery of HR services and programs.
  • Support key HR processes, including performance reviews, compensation planning, employee status changes, and annual HR initiatives.
  • Facilitate and analyze employee feedback mechanisms, including surveys and exit interviews, identifying themes and recommendations.
  • Maintain and support HR systems, employee data, reporting, and related processes.
  • Support leaders and employees through organizational change, transitions, and workforce-related challenges.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and the employee experience.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
