Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of administrative or HR experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
  • Strong communication skills, and comfortable working with both office staff and field technicians

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource or business preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Keep our hiring engine moving, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and support hiring managers.
  • Help bring new hires on board with a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and licensing requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and keep everything organized and compliant.
  • Track certifications and licenses for our field technicians
  • Assist with employee changes, documentation, and HR processes.
  • Assist with safety records, OSHA logs, and workers compensation
  • Support recognition programs, team events, and engagement efforts.
  • Help maintain a positive, team-oriented culture.
