TempToFT Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director and general direction from the Human Resources staff, supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department by assisting with moderately complex administrative tasks, employee services, and HR programs. Responsibilities include maintaining personnel records in a digital format, assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities, utilizing a variety of software platforms to complete tasks, coordinating wellness administrative functions, supporting training and employee communications, and providing general support related to benefits, auditing, and policy administration. Incumbent contributes to efficient HR operations and a positive employee experience while ensuring accuracy, precision, organization, and a commitment to confidentiality. Work is reviewed through observation of work in progress, and written reports for results obtained and adherence to established policies and procedures.
