About The Position

Pinnacle Site Solutions is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable individual to join our team as an HR Assistant & Administrative Support team member. This position will provide support to our HR and Administration Department during a maternity leave coverage period. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking hands-on experience in Human Resources, Administration, Recruiting, and Construction Operations at a fast-paced, growing company. While this is a temporary position, there may be future long-term employment opportunities available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administrative tasks
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls professionally
  • Greet visitors, applicants, vendors, and employees professionally
  • Support front office and administrative operations
  • Assist with employee communication, company events, and special projects
  • Provide general administrative support to HR and Leadership teams
