About The Position

We're looking for a HubSpot Marketing Engineer who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, automation, and data. This isn't a traditional marketing role. You'll own and optimize our HubSpot ecosystem, building the workflows, automation, integrations, reporting, and campaign infrastructure that power our sales and marketing engine. You'll partner with Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations, and Data teams to create scalable solutions that generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and drive business growth. Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience with Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Experience building workflows, automation, reporting, segmentation, and CRM architecture.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, lead management, and revenue funnels.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • HubSpot certifications are considered an asset.
  • Experience in B2B, professional services, staffing, or recruitment is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously optimize our HubSpot platform across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Design and build workflows, automations, lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle journeys.
  • Develop integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
  • Partner with Sales to improve the lead handoff process and increase MQL-to-SQL conversion.
  • Partner with IT and Data teams to lead the synchronization of data between HubSpot and other technology platforms, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems to create a single source of truth that powers our CRM and sales and marketing operations.
  • Build dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into marketing and sales performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize through testing and data.
  • Work with IT and Data teams to ensure seamless integrations and high-quality CRM data.
  • Stay ahead of new HubSpot capabilities and recommend innovative ways to improve our marketing engine.
