About The Position

Help Businesses Grow with HubSpot, AI & Automation. Our client is looking for an experienced HubSpot Consultant to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with businesses across a variety of industries, helping them maximise their CRM investment while embracing the latest AI and automation tools. You'll work directly with clients to implement HubSpot solutions, improve CRM performance, streamline business processes, and deliver measurable results. Requirements

Proven hands-on experience using HubSpot (HubSpot Super Admin or advanced user preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn.
Strong analytical and research skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent written communication skills, including blogs, email campaigns, website copy, and marketing content.

Responsibilities

Delivering HubSpot onboarding and ongoing support for a portfolio of clients.
Leading strategic consulting sessions (both virtual and in person) to align CRM processes with business objectives.
Managing HubSpot implementation projects from start to finish, including technical setup, CRM configuration, optimisation, and data migration.
Providing prompt technical and strategic support to clients.
Advising businesses on best practices to improve CRM performance, increase conversions, maximise ROI, and improve operational efficiency.
Helping clients implement and adopt HubSpot's AI-powered features to automate tasks, personalise communications, and improve productivity.
Managing your own portfolio of projects with increasing independence as your experience grows.
Creating engaging blogs, videos, webinars, reports, guides, and other marketing content.
Using AI-powered tools such as HubSpot Remix and other automation features to create and repurpose content efficiently.
Conducting customer, competitor, and product research to support inbound marketing strategies.
Developing and implementing innovative marketing initiatives using AI.
Creating educational resources that help clients confidently use HubSpot and AI tools.
Co-hosting webinars, events, and training sessions covering CRM, automation, AI, and digital marketing best practices.
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell CRM, automation, and AI services.
Supporting HubSpot demonstrations for prospective clients.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring all customer interactions are recorded within HubSpot.
Following internal sales and customer service processes.
Responding professionally to enquiries, including personalised video outreach using tools such as Vidyard.
Prospecting and generating new business opportunities using platforms including Surfe and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
