About The Position

This position supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The Hub Supervisor sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The supervisor ensures compliance with safety policies and applicable department, station, corporate, and OSHA requirements; manages department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment. The role also supports employees’ professional development through orientation, skills and safety training, regular evaluations, and coaching.

This is a part-time, permanent position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States as specified in the posting.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

• Management experience.
