Madden Bolt Corp•Houston, TX

About The Position

The HSE Coordinator supports and implements Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across night shift operations. This highly visible role works on the production floor with employees, supervisors, managers, and the HSE team to promote a safe, compliant, and productive work environment. The coordinator communicates safety information in practical terms, evaluates employee understanding, and provides coaching or remedial instruction as needed. The coordinator conducts field observations, inspections, and audits across fabrication, assembly, welding, material handling, forklift, overhead crane, rigging, and elevated work activities.
