We are looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our HR team. This role is a critical bridge between HR and IT, ensuring our systems effectively support efficient, accurate, and scalable HR operations. Reporting to the Vice President – HR, this role owns HR process documentation, translates HR requirements into end-to-end system solutions, coordinates testing for upgrades and changes, manages defects and impacts, and builds HR capability through training and support. As the HRIS Specialist, you will act as the business analyst and systems expert for HR—translating business needs into system solutions, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.
