The HRIS Specialist serves as a subject matter expert for the Company’s HCM/HRIS system, assisting in its maintenance and the development or modification of processes within it. This role provides essential HR support, including administrative duties, guiding managers and employees on system functions, and interpreting policies related to system use and employment data. The specialist is also responsible for creating and delivering clear, concise training programs, both in-person and via animated snippets, and reviewing scheduled system updates to assess and communicate their impact on users.
