About The Position

Intelcom | Dragonfly is Canada’s leader in last-mile logistics, with operations across three continents and over 100 sorting stations. We are seeking an HRIS Functional Analyst to play a strategic role at the heart of our logistics operations. This position involves identifying and analyzing stakeholder needs, configuring and maintaining the Workday system, and working on projects that impact multiple teams. The role also focuses on data quality, governance, and security, ensuring compliance and consistency across various HR and business systems.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years' experience as a HR IS Business or Functional Analyst
  • At ease with Data Quality topics, analysis, and audit
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, HR or related field
  • Workday knowledge
  • The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information
  • Ability to influence and negotiate
  • At ease and autonomous in a growth environment
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail and good judgment are a must

Nice To Haves

  • PMI-PBA certification, an asset
  • Experience in the Transport/Logistics sector, an asset

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and validate stakeholder needs and processes.
  • Provide support and training to stakeholders, particularly HR, to enhance user experience.
  • Configure, review, and maintain the Workday system, including business process design, security, and audit implementation.
  • Assist in defining objectives, scope, timelines, phases, milestones, and budgets for HR platform projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work on projects impacting multiple teams or departments.
  • Create and maintain process flow, configuration, operational, and user documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for business process improvement to drive value and increase efficiency within technology tools, ensuring data quality, consistency, and standardization.
  • Monitor new features released by Workday and recommend adoption and deployment plans.
  • Document business and functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications with data governance and quality rules.
  • Establish and monitor data quality metrics, produce regular analysis, and collaborate with HR teams to improve data entry and management practices.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies regarding data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
  • Identify and document integration requirements for applications within Workday, ensuring data consistency across systems.
  • Participate in root cause analysis of data flow issues, recommend and implement sustainable solutions, including automated controls and preventive mechanisms.
