The Business Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors provides expertise to enhance Applied Medical’s human capital management operations. This role supports internal customers, including the Team Member Relations (HR) group, by maintaining and expanding the functionality of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goals. The Business Analyst also supports integrated time and attendance capabilities through WorkForce Software, ensuring alignment across systems. This role ensures HR and workforce processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable to meet organizational needs.
