About The Position

We are looking for a SAP MM Functional Analyst I to join us onsite at our Corporate office in Greeley, CO. This role involves understanding how applications support business processes, performing SAP ERP system configuration to solve issues, implement enhancements, and prototype new functionality. The analyst will design and deliver high-quality solutions, interface with business process owners for improvement, and document functional requirements. Responsibilities also include performing regression testing, transferring knowledge for ongoing support, and understanding customer needs to quantify appropriate actions. The role requires designing and documenting test plans for unit, integration, and regression testing. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must possess SCM background
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Must have 1-3 years of configuration experience in Materials Management
  • Must have a strong desire to solve problems and develop solutions through configuration.
  • Working knowledge of Procurement to Pay processes: Contract Management, Requisitioning, Purchasing, Material Requirements Planning and Inventory Management.
  • Working knowledge of master data requirements and setup that support these processes and solutions.
  • Understand & demonstrate the integration points with Accounts Payable/Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Solution, Production Planning and Sales & Distribution.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Active participant in functional and technical discussions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a strong team player.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed. (up to 20% domestic/international)

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Master’s in any field
  • Experience with SAP Data Migration and Interfaces including SAP Query and other data management tools is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going support.
  • Understand customer needs and quantify appropriate actions.
  • Design and document test plans: Unit, integration and regression.
  • Other duties as assigned.
